Email is the support channel
This is a one-person indie app, so your email goes straight to a human (Aaron). Replies usually happen within a few days. If something is broken, please include:
- Your device (iPhone, iPad, model)
- Your iOS version
- The version of Dos Palabras you’re running (it’s at the bottom of the in-app info screen)
- A short description of what happened
A screenshot helps a lot. Since we don’t collect logs from your device, your description is genuinely all we have to go on.
Common things
My streak reset and I didn’t miss a day
Streaks roll over at midnight in your device’s local time zone. If you traveled across time zones or your phone’s clock changed, the streak may have moved unexpectedly. Streaks are also kept on-device only — if you uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the streak is gone.
I want a different Spanish dialect
Right now the app teaches widely-understood Latin American Spanish. If you’d like to suggest variant words for Spain, Mexico, Argentina, or anywhere else — please email and tell us which words you’d swap in. Real human feedback is how the word list improves.
I’d like to suggest a word
Yes please. Email it.
Will there be other languages? An Android version? A widget?
Maybe. The app already includes an iOS widget — long-press your home screen, tap the plus, and search “Dos Palabras”. Other languages and platforms depend on whether enough people use this one.
How do I delete my data?
The only data Dos Palabras has is on your device. Delete the app and it’s gone. (See the privacy policy for the long answer, which is basically the same as the short answer.)

You can also leave a review or report a problem through the App Store listing. Reviews really help small apps.
